Welcome to Officer Smiles. Officer Smiles was founded by Dr Kelvin Luk and Dr JY Ng. They studied together at the University of Melbourne Dental School in the DDS program and were classmates throughout their studies

After graduation, they worked at regional public hospitals and private practices for a number of years to hone to craft before relocating back to Melbourne to service the dental needs of the Officer community and surrounds.
