Project summary
An excellent strategic move from the outset, Dr Hashmat Popat purchased two derelict properties & then tasked team OPTIMA with designing & building a landmark Orthodontic practice from the ground up.
Meticulously crafted with considered design for the 5 chair Orthodontic practice on ground level, and 200m2 of lettable space on level one, our team was thrilled to partner with Hash and his team to deliver this exemplary new facility for the families of Geelong & surrounds. Overcoming a variety of town planning challenges along the way, plus a typical few months of inclement weather, the journey was otherwise a seamless experience.
Since opening the doors to the best Orthodontic practice south of Melbourne in early 2023, feedback from patients and staff has been extremely positive and growth has been phenomenal.
