Project Background

They faced the challenge of expanding their space while maintaining day-to-day operations. The opportunity arose when the tenancy next door became available, presenting a perfect solution for their growth needs. However, the dental practice fitout posed several challenges, including working above operating retail shops, managing core-holing and plumbing installations, and ensuring minimal noise disruption for neighbouring businesses. Additionally, the project required a complete refit of the existing practice alongside the integration of the new tenancy. These factors demanded careful planning to achieve a seamless dental practice fitout without disrupting their ability to deliver current patient appointments or compromising their level of care.
