Contacted by Gayanie after she realised the constraints of her existing practice in a leased tenancy built by OPTIMA 10 years ago, we set about analysing the immediate area and identifying properties of interest that were suitable for knock down and rebuild. After a short yet intense property hunt, we located and secured the ideal property on a major arterial road just 2 kilometres from their existing practice!
The rest is history as our experienced design & construction teams carefully crafted a masterpiece dental practice with future expansion capacity for an extra 2-3 surgeries as an added bonus.
As always when a purpose-built Dental practice opens its doors, feedback from patients and staff has been extremely positive and growth has been phenomenal.
