Having been in operation in Geelong since 2005 in a practice facility built by OPTIMA all those years ago, the evolution from the Endodontic division of Southern Dental Specialists to become Geelong Endodontic Specialists required a purpose-built practice facility. With this goal in mind Dr Kurien Mamootil turned to OPTIMA to help him find the ideal property and then complete the journey through acquisition, town planning, design, construction & fitout.

The result is a meticulously crafted modern healthcare facility designed to accommodate the specific requirements of a specialist Endodontic practice. The stunning practice full of natural light is home to four large surgery rooms all with interconnected consultation rooms, reception, spacious patient lounge, large sterilisation room, offices, bathrooms, and a comfortable staff area including outdoor area.
Practice efficiency, staff satisfaction and patient experience are evidently key pillars in the design and construction of this stunning practice, and since opening the doors mid-2024, feedback from patients and staff has been extremely positive and the trajectory of growth is amazing.
