Project Background

Built on a 727m² site with 8 dedicated car parks, the 216m² practice was a ground-up development. From initial site acquisition to planning and design, the project demanded attention to detail, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration. With four private surgery rooms and a prime suburban location, the goal was to create a beautiful and functional environment that would serve both patients and practitioners for the long term. Having already completed two previous projects with us, Dr Chris returned to OPTIMA to bring his vision for Dental.Affect to life—this time with a more expansive and enduring purpose.

Solution: Turnkey dental practice

OPTIMA delivered a complete end-to-end solution, covering every stage from acquisition and architectural design through to construction and final dental fitout. A key feature of the design is the striking timber structure that wraps around and elevates the reception area—providing a warm first impression and framing the natural light that floods the space.

The open-plan layout and carefully integrated storage solutions maximise every square metre of the practice. Each room flows seamlessly into the next, offering both privacy and efficiency. With four fully equipped surgery rooms, Dental.Affect has been designed with scalability in mind—ensuring the practice can grow as patient demand increases.
