Get to know who your patients are and empathise with them. Are they mostly young families? Then having a dedicated child-zone will make parents feel welcomed and understood. Are they predominantly professionals? Having dedicated workstations with charging devices will allow them to work and wait simultaneously.
These are the first stepping stones to fostering a lifetime patient relationship.
