Getting a project to the point of construction commencement requires rigorous coordination, technical precision, and comprehensive industry expertise.
Our experienced team leads your project through the design development process through to being build-ready on site. We finalise architectural designs, manage engineering, planning and construction approvals, and formalise a fixed price and project timeline.
With these critical controls in place, we establish the construction programme, positioning your project on site and for successful delivery.
Pre-Construction & Site Establishment
Before construction begins, we set the foundation for a smooth build by connecting you with your dedicated Project Manager, providing clear communication and leadership.
We ensure all approvals are in place for the commencement of construction and move forward with preparing the site with preliminary works, including demolition and services abolishments.
Construction Works
Construction begins in line with the project programme, ensuring every stage is executed with efficiency, precision, and minimal disruption.
Our commitment to quality and safety extends beyond the build itself – we foster an organised, collaborative environment where trades can work seamlessly and happily towards an excellent result.
Practical completion & handover
The final stage ensures your practice is fully compliant and ready to operate. We conduct thorough inspections with certifiers and building surveyors, obtain the necessary Occupancy Certificate/Final Certificate, and address any final defects to deliver a flawless finish.
Client occupancy

When should I start planning my new practice build project?
It’s never too early to start planning. The sooner you begin, the more options you’ll have for location, design, and budget considerations.
We recommend getting started well before your lease is up or your current space becomes a constraint, so you have the time to make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary pressure.
As a guide, we recommend a minimum of 3 years from deciding to relocate through to project completion.
Do I need to have a location before starting the process?
Not necessarily. If you are yet to find a location, we can undertake a targeted search to locate potential sites and off-market opportunities.
We ensure they meet your future needs and are suitable for development i.e. title checks. We also assist in the negotiation process to secure the best price and terms.
If you already have a location, we’ll assess its potential for development.
